There are 21 girls pregnant in our ward. My good friend Mindy had her first baby girl after four cute boys! So, while we had a project night during the priesthood session my friend, Jami, and I made some cute hooter hiders:

I had some extra fabric so I made a couple of burp cloths to match:

SEW CUTE!! Umm, can you actually believe i've finished 3 whole projects now? If i was speedy enough i'd learn to make scallop flowers, headbands and burp cloths too....i'm learning! ha ha I think we need to find more reasons for the boys to get away so we can keep having craft sessions! I'm looking forward to our friday afternoons!
Kara, I love your latest projects!! The flowers are adorable and you did such a nice job on the hooter hider....way to go!
I'm currently trying to make a mouse house....a little fabric playhouse with a fabric mouse family....ummm this is NOT a beginner project. It's turning out rather hideous and it doesn't help that I got the idea from Pottery Barn--how can I compare? I'm im serious need of an expert like you around.
Kara I didn't know you had another site except this one is strictly for crafts. How fun is that? I need to get the pattern from you for the hooter hiders. I love the way your gifts turned out with the head bands. Did you make them out of tights like all the other ones people have?
